Capacity Building Training Programme On Conflict Management In School And Collage
In the recent decades, poverty has been increasingly recognized as multi-dimensional phenomena, where people are deprived of security, economic, social and human capacities and/or opportunities. It has many causes, often interlocking, and those causes vary with gender age, culture and other social and economic contexts. Poverty manifests itself in many different ways lack of resources, vulnerability, discrimination, insecurity, denial of dignity, and various expressions of deprivation.
Along the last centuries, the conflict lives through has had multiple violent expressions, even though there has always existed in society a clear will for looking for a just and balanced solution, a will that is evident even today. However, none ofthe efforts undertaken up to now has crystallized in satisfactory and lasting results. So through this Programme of peace building process, we are trying to reduce the peace building process of the boys and girls through training and making them to be self reliant to meet their basic human necessities.
